If you have a life policy which is several years old you may be able to change your provider for a more competitive premium, or to increase the benefit for the same monthly cost. It’s really difficult to give a figure on life insurance without a proper quote. It can be as little as £10 a month, but for more comprehensive cover it could be over £30 a month. This will depend on your circumstances.
