I am writing to you today to explain howproposes to continue to provide you with an ongoing advice service during the unprecedented times in which the world finds itself due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
As I’m sure you are aware the UK Government has now recommended the suspension of all non-essential contact and travel. In light of this we have taken a business decision to cease all face to face client meetings with effect from Monday 23rd March. I am sure you will understand why we are doing this, but it does not mean that we will be shutting the office until the situation has passed.
The office will remain open from Monday, but it will only be manned by one member of staff for the foreseeable future. We have made provision this week to ensure all Haven staff are able to continue working remotely from home. So please do get in touch by e-mail, by calling the office number or their mobile if you need to make contact (as usual). We will continue to receive post and send out correspondence using Royal Mail unless this situation also changes.

Once the threat has abated and the government directives changes, we will aim to resume normal service immediately, and we look forward to re-engaging with you personally once more.
In the last few days, we have sent out an e-mail to our
markets. If you would like to be included in any similar future e-mail correspondence please provide us with an e-mail address, so we can send out bulk communications more quickly.
