Financial Advice – Our Service Level Proposition
Here at Haven we passionately believe that listening to your financial objectives and finding the most suitable solutions to meet them is just the start of the process.
Once solutions have been implemented we will agree with you the method and regularity of future contact you would like with your advisor to ensure that you remain on track with regards your financial planning in the years to come.
We offer three broad levels of service:
Transactional
This is a client driven ongoing relationship where we will respond to your needs, as required, mainly via email, and telephone.
Advisory
The is an Advisor driven relationship where we will contact you on a annual basis to arrange a face to face meeting to review your ongoing needs and assess whether your plans remain ideal to ensure you keep on track. Areas like a regular review of your attitude to risk will be a feature of this process.
Wealth
This will be a similar relationship as described in ‘Advisory’ above. However it will be individually tailored to meet your specific needs. You may, for example, require more regular contact or a tighter hold on the valuation of your portfolio.
