As we will be talking about your financial future we believe both you and your adviser need to work out whether you are a good fit for each other. You need to believe we can help and you can be open and work with your adviser and equally we need to believe we can genuinely help and that you are comfortable being open with us about your future plans. That is why the initial meeting is at our cost to ensure we are both happy to work together.
That’s why we offer every new client an initial meeting.
We have devised an easy to understand flowchart for you. It sets out the step by step approach we employ when meeting a client for the first time.
It starts with a Discovery Meeting to introduce Haven right through to the implementation of our recommendations, and most importantly our client review process.
We are happy to say that the first stage of our advice process are entirely on us.
If you decide that you do not wish to proceed with our recommendations, once presented, then you are under no obligation to do so.
Only once recommendations have been accepted by you will we agree a suitable remuneration package which will be tailored in line with the level of ongoing service you will require in the future. Please refer to our straightforward charging structure on the web site for full details of our charges.
