Auto Enrolment to National Employment Savings Trust

You may have started to hear adverts on the radio that Auto-Enrolment in to the National Employment Savings Trust (NEST) is about to be phased in for all employers (from October 2012) these major UK pension reforms will significantly impact employers’ human resource, payroll, pensions and finance functions.

Being ready to comply could take over 18 months; the impact is more than just extra pensions’ costs.

For many organisations, addressing the new requirements will be costly and resource intensive. Early preparation will be essential to ensure requisite changes to systems, processes and communication materials are identified and addressed.
